Made weak by time and fate,
but strong in will;
To seek, to strive, to find, and not to yield.

Side Note:
The fork. or Also known as "A Dingle-hopper" Reminds me of one who not only had amazing hair (that I would pretend I had as I swam in our pool as a young girl) but also for me represents a young woman who loved learning about everything and anything. Who pushed past barriers and boundaries to find her place in this world. In this industry education is key and you are always always learning. Everyday! And with that requires perseverance to reach goals. The industry of beauty is all about testing, pushing and surpassing barriers and boundaries. This industry is truly SWEET!!!!

Our happenings..... I didn't forget James, He's soon to come.

Branson broke his wrist while playing on the monkey bars at the park on night. Thankfully he only had to wear the cast for 4 weeks.

Brock all dressed up and no where to go.

Branden is now 31! And there you see my Reeses chocolate peanut butter cake. It's awesome!

Branson turned 7. He's fun and silly and bashful, and helpful. Last night while tucking the boys in we were talking about their new friends they're making in class. They started listing the kids in our ward and Branson said, "And Morgan is in my class." James couldn't remember who she was so I told him that she is the red headed Incardone girl then stated that she was such a cute girl. Then I heard Branson say, "Ya she is".

Brock sneeking ice cream in the early morning hours before we got up.
He loves ice cream!

Tessa trying baby food for the 1st time. She loves it "this much"!

Oh!!!!

I also forgot to say that one of my highlights of my Utah trip was going to Vegas to hang out for a night with my most best friend Michelle. Shell was smart and took pics. I however was not so on top of it, but you can see how cute little Dax was with Tessa on her blog.
He just gave her tons and tons of kisses.
I sure love you Shell and you too Eddie. Thanks so much for dinner & for letting me hang out so last minute. I had so much relaxing fun and it always feels like my second home when I'm with you.
P.S. I wanna see what you got with that Old Navy card! Giving the gift of shopping always makes me happy! Let me know if you had any issues with it.

Pics, Pics and More Pics!

Sweet Tessa and her new trick.
An "action" pic taken by Kaycee. Having fun at the Virgin River in St.George, Ut.
The weather was gorgeous!!!
A family pic at the waterfall. Note: it was very very slippery. But the kids had no problem climbing all over it.
Ashley, Brock and Kaylee building sand castles.
My boys.
Brock very excited to play.
Brock with Kaycee's makeup on. Another mess to clean up but note the mascara he managed to place on his eyelashes. What a goofy kid!
Look closely at Tessa's right eye. She totally has a brown spot at the top of it. I love it. I will be having her eyes looked at just in case but otherwise I hope it stays. It's very original and fun.
Me and Tessa in her red paper hat made by Kaylee.
All the family at Brooke's baptism. She is now an Allen girl as of July 3rd. She married my brother Michael at Laguna Beach in Cali.
The boys rock climbing at the Washington Rec center.
They never got higher than the dotted line but they sure had fun. The rec center was so fun. Kaycee and I did Zumba every week. I LOVE ZUMBA!!! If any of you know of a great place to do zumba in Gilbert or Queen Creek, please let me know!!! (note: the addiction factor for zumba is defiantly based on your instructor. April at the Washington center was awesome! A guest instructor that taught a new song had no rhythm. I admired her courage to do it, but man alive!!! The instructor makes a huge diffrence.)
My new niece Tristan and Brock.
Brock happily swimming at the Rec center. He loved this kids area and was always upset when it was time to leave.
The pool is an indoor and is surrounded by roller walls that are opened on warm days.
There is a huge bucket at the top of the play set that fills with water then dumps out everywhere. Also, a small lazy river, a big tub water slide, an outside splash pad, and a lap pool.
Brock eating a carrot out of Grandpa's garden. We had a lot of fun eating home grown corn, onions, spinach, beets, squash, and even tried chard. Good stuff.
Branson's kindergarten graduation. 1st grade here he comes.
James room.
Branson and Brocks room.
Although these were the rooms painted in the rental that we just moved out of. :( So sad to work so hard then have to leave so soon. HOWEVER, we so do not miss the scorpions!!!!

Trims only!!!!

This is so random, I know!
This pic, ......... looking at it totally makes me want to cut my hair short again.
Branden may not have loved it but I had lot's of fun with it short.
Right now it's mid length. That awkward not quite above the shoulders, not quite past.
HATE IT AT THIS LENGTH!!!!!! GRRRRR.
I'm tempted Bailey, really tempted.
(Bailey is my friend who does my hair. Her hair is really cute! An of course it's a chin length bob with some layers. Yes those extra cut pieces were unwanted on her end, but it is so cute non the less!)
I will tough it out though. No chopping till there's enough for another "Locks of Love" donation.

Tessa laughing at me while I sing to her

The 1st one she's just laughing at me while I cough and a bit of Brock with his crazy hawk eyebrows showing me where Tessa's nose is.... not very exciting. In the 2nd Me and Tessa singing " The Little Green Frog". She looks as if she is trying to stick out her tongue with me.

Weekend

A great weekend. My parents got us a very needed washer and dryer! And Tessa's blessing when wonderfully. I'll post pics as soon as bran uploads my camera. Also soon to come, a video of Tessa laughing. I think it's so cute but I may be biased.

3 new posts and soon to come

Soon to Come: Before and after pics of our new rental. Before we get everything put away and after, when everything is in it's place and I can now keep up on everyday actives without squeezing in unpacking.

Brock in his Birthday suit and Tessa in her Easter dress

Brock in a mess. What else is new right?!

This happened after repeatedly telling the boys to stay out of the water. It was hot, I guess they couldn't resist.

Brock's diaper was so full of muddy water that I had him take it off. He played happily for another hour out back naked as a jaybird.

And here is sweet Tessa Louise in her 1st Easter dress. It was a little big but so adorable none the less. Thank you Aunt Jennifer and girls for buying such a perfect dress.

News flash: Being in the time out can be dangerous!

Our time out chair. (notice the strategically placed picture of Christ) and it is a child size chair.

Brock in his time out chair. He really looks like he's thinking about the wrong he has done... NOT!
So about 3 weeks ago Brock was being crazy. It was bed time and despite our efforts, Brock would not settle down. He kept running and squeeling/happily screaming through the house. Bran would tell him to stop and he's say with a big smile on his face "NOOO".
So Bran got up, gave him a swat on his rear and set him down in the time out chair, which is just feet from the couch we were sitting on.
After placing him in the chair, Bran came and sat down next to me again. As he sat down, we heard a "thud". I turned to see Brock face down on the tile. Bran jumped up to get him, and I got up as fast as I could while breast feeding Tessa.
We had no idea what had happened till we realized that he had passed out.
He was definitely surprised when Branden had spanked him as he clearly believed that Branden was chasing him in play...... but to cry so hard that he lost his breath and passed out!!!???? It happened in literally seconds.

Poor boy smacked his face and cut the inside of his lip open. I thought he needed stiches but was out voted by Branden, Craig and my brother Michael. Here's what it looked like the next morning.

And what fixes a busted lip?......
A Popsicle!

So after this little crazy moment I was telling my mom what had happened and do you know what; my dad used to do the same thing! He'd get upset, start to cry and throw a fit, then clench his teeth together and hold his breath. My poor Grandma Allen has to pry her fingers into his mouth every time to keep him from swallowing his tounge! She delt with this for a year until one day she said, "Go ahead" and she walked away from him. She said that my dad held his breath for just moment and then sucked in a deep breath and that was the end of it. He never did it again. I'm very greatful to say that Brock is now very careful when sitting in the timeout chair.

Brocks pretties and Izzy

Here we have Miss Izzy style'n in her Gwen Steffani like sunglasses.

Here's Brock. Another mess.... well so I thought. He was too quiet so I went to see where he was.
He was sitting by my chair painting his nails. Very little got on the chair or the floor. I was impressed with his nail polishing skills.
